A single Vineyard boutique Rosé created from Pinot Noir grapes at Main Ridge on the Mornington Peninsula.
Aroma: Aromas of wild strawberries, Red roses and musk abound on the palate creating a full length explosion of flavours that lingers on the after palate.
Food Pairing: The most successful dish are salads, raw fish with a cream dip. Can be very useful with mildly spiced curries and rice dishes.
