Mr Bond Chardonnay

A new style Chardonnay. Made with single vineyard fruit this exceptional Chardonnay comes from Australia’s ‘Mornington Peninsula’ – one of the world’s finest Chardonnay regions. The handpicked fruit was handled similar to that of French Chabilis, deriving body and texture from regular batonnage (lees stirring).

Just a small proportion of French oak barrels were used during maturation, giving hints of vanilla without overwhelming the rich varietal characters of the exceptional season. Lite Oak and delicate on the pallet. Buttery and bursting with slight passionfruit and mango flavours.
