French Sparkling Wine (‘vin mousseux’), made by Patriarche based in Beaune, in the wine region of Burgundy, where they have been making wine for 230 years. NV Louis Perdrier Brut is made by the same rigorous selection process in the region of production and a subsequent tasting analysis at the cellars in Beaune.

The selected wines are blended and, after the second fermentation, they undergo an extended ageing on the lees in vats in order to produce a sparkling wine with good balance and longevity.

The NV Louis Perdrier Brut is a blend of white French grapes including Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Chenin, Folle Blanche and Menu Pineau. The wine is a light, fresh and fruity and bubbly, with aromas of apple and peach. A clean fruity off dry palate makes this wine a superb aperitif.
